Blog Design Preview: InterviewsWith.com

Havnt been blogging a heap lately because I have been designing a lot lately, I have almost competed one clients design (which I will post about the process once it is completed).
But InterviewsWith.com is a person project that I tried starting a couple of months ago, and have decided to host it on wordpress - meaning it was time to design a theme.
Would love to hear some feedback on the portion I have done so far!
SIDENOTE: Thanks to everyone who has subscribed, my goal was 200 subscribers my the end of February and although I fell short by about 30, I am sitting on 192 as of today - so I only need 8 new subscribers to hit 200! (hint hint wink wink!!)

Could you link us to a bigger version of the image? It would be easier to get a good feel for what you have going. From the smaller version all looks good, but I could probably give a better critique if you gave a better source image.
